The apartment is part of Villa San Salvador, a private villa that opened its doors in 2016, after a new total reconstruction, maintaining and caring for the integrity and charm of the original construction. Divided into 3 completely independent apartments, each with its own style and current decoration. The apartments offer a good level of convenience and comfort achieved by the use of innovative and natural materials, creating a feeling of warmth and design that make them unique in Nerja.
Each apartment has one or two bedrooms with a double bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house.
The villa has beautiful outdoor areas to be shared by the three apartments, a pleasant garden, pool area with solarium, barbecue, terrace with sea views and beautiful relaxation areas where you can enjoy the calm and serenity at the foot of the sea.
Located in the center of Nerja, Calle Carabeo is one of the most prestigious and oldest streets in Nerja. Attached to the coast it offers wonderful views of the sea and totally pedestrianized, it offers a quiet environment for a short walk to the Balcón de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The beaches are just a few steps from the villa with access by stairs to the beaches of Carabeillo, Carabeo, Calahonda and Salón.
