The house is divided into three floors: ground floor, first floor, and basement. On the ground floor, you'll find the living area, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy courtyard. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The basement features a sofa bed and a play area. The entire house has been completely renovated and lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via instant messaging outside of the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in vacation rentals are required to pay the tourist tax.
