On this property you are in absolute harmony with nature and that in connection with a very typical Mallorcan natural stone house, which is now quite rare.

The finca offers around 200 m² of living space over two floors, a total of 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 2 with two single beds each), 2 bathrooms (with shower) enough space for up to 8 guests.

At the entrance to the house there is a covered seating area with a chilled out sofa corner for cozy evenings and another area covered with an awning with a large dining table by the kitchen.

A little to the right of the house you reach the enchanting sun terrace with the 10 m x 5 m (1.80 m x 2.00 depth) private swimming pool, where you can relax and quickly forget the stress of everyday life. There is a covered barbecue grill nestled somewhere between the pool terrace and the house.

Due to the good connection to the finca, the beautiful beaches such as the bays of the Calas de Mallorca, the fishing village of Porto Colom or the beaches in the south around Santanyi can be reached by car in just 10-15 minutes
