The beautiful country house is beautifully situated, with a 35,000 m² plot, and outstanding views over the sea, the Puig de Sant Salvador, and distant mountains. A 15-minute walk will take you to beautiful sandy beaches and Cala d'Or is only 5 minutes away by car. The house has a private driveway.

The crystal-clear infinity pool (10 m x 5 m) with jacuzzi is surrounded by a large sun terrace. Here you will find cosy sun loungers with cushions, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a lawn area with a playground where children can run around. Adjacent to the house is a small house with a barbecue, sink and guest toilet. The large covered terrace near the pool is perfectly equipped for relaxing. Behind the house is the beautiful courtyard with a large palm tree and seating.

From the patio you enter the inviting entrance hall through an oak door. From here you reach the cosy living / dining room with sofas, fireplace, plasma TV, wifi internet access, a solid oak table and doors to the front terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and has beautiful blue built in cupboards. A large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room complete the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three further bedrooms. One with single beds, en-suite bathroom, built-in wardrobes and access to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms have two single beds each and one has a lovely balcony with great views. All bedrooms have air conditioning and there is also central heating available from November to March.

The air conditioning has limited and fixed hours of use.
