It is part of the small rural complex El Valle, which shares common areas: garden/terraces, swimming pool, barbecue and parking space with three other houses. The house has electric heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, hob, dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, espresso machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils for 8 people.
