The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas stove. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning for added comfort. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. It is important to note that the upper floor of the villa is closed and uninhabited during the rental.Outside, the villa features a private 9x4 meter kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outside shower. There is also a covered area with a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. In addition, we offer parking space for two vehicles on the same plot.The location of the villa is privileged, as it is a short distance from supermarkets and restaurants, approximately 650 meters away on foot. The old town of Calpe is 1 km away.
