Semi-detached house in 1st sea line with access to the sea from the rocks. Fantastic sea views enjoyed from the house and the pool. This villa with attractive furniture and modern decor has three bedrooms and a private pool for rent in the area of Es Forti - Cala D'Or, Mallorca.
House distributed on two floors decorated in beautiful bright colours. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a pantry. An open space connects the living room overlooking the terrace, the dining area and a small reading corner overlooking the pool and the porch where there is a table for al fresco dining, behind which extends the beautiful pool. A second area offers a sofa, a dining table and access to the garden. There is also a utility room and a guest toilet on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed - view of the sea from the bed -, an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace with stunning views of the sea. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a separate bathroom with bathtub and access to a small terrace overlooking the garden.
The pool and terrace with comfortable garden furniture are the ideal place to relax and enjoy the marvellous unobstructed sea views, and from the garden you can walk through a gate to the rocks and directly to the sea. There is no ladder leading down to the sea. Plastic beach/pool sandals are recommended.
