Beautiful holiday apartment with more than 50 m2 living space within the Finca Buenavista, an Andalusian Cortijo (estate) in the village of Chilches, which belongs to the town of Vélez-Málaga. It is ideal for families who want a quiet and relaxing stay on the Costa del Sol. The apartment consists of a living/dining room, an open kitchen with washing machine, a double room with queen size bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and WC, ideal for a family. This holiday home also has a private terrace with barbecue and a roof terrace with fantastic sea views.
Finca Buenavista is situated in a privileged position in the village of Chilches. The complex consists of three buildings, the main building with 8 apartments and two cottage-style houses in direct contact with nature.
Finca Buenavista is a former farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2007 and whose main building has been divided into 8 apartments of different sizes. The apartment "Sevilla" has an area of 50 m2. The surroundings are rural, but only 3 minutes by car from the quietest beaches of the Costa del Sol: the beaches of Rincón de la Victoria and Benajarafe.
Furthermore, on the 80'000 m2 of the property we find extensive plantations where mangos, avocados, stevia and moringa are cultivated and snails are also bred. You may also meet Antonio, our local shepherd, who keeps a large herd of Malagueña goats, a native breed that plays an important role in sustainable development. Our goats make good use of local resources, preventing forest fires and soil erosion, spreading seeds and helping to protect the biodiversity of our ecosystems.
