Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa in the Cortijos del Sol urbanisation, located in the picturesque municipality of Alhaurín de la Torre, in the sunny Costa del Sol of Spain! This charming villa is the perfect refuge for up to 10 people and is located just 10-15 minutes from the airport, as well as some of the best beaches in the area. With a wide range of shops and supermarkets just a few steps away, this is the ideal getaway for those seeking comfort and luxury in a tranquil setting.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find two distinct wings. In the left wing, you will discover three elegant and spacious bedrooms, all with double beds. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a complete en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe to satisfy all your storage needs. Additionally, there is a complete bathroom in the hallway for added convenience.

In the right wing, an independent and fully equipped kitchen awaits you with all the appliances and utensils you might need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The spacious living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, an impressive 85-inch Samsung smart TV with international channels (including Netflix and StartTV), a dining table for 8 people, and large windows offering views of the lush garden. Additionally, in this area, you will find an additional toilet.

The upper floor of the villa houses two cosy bedrooms. One of them features a double bed and a window with panoramic views, while the other is equipped with two single beds and toys for the little ones. A second bathroom with a shower tray completes this floor, ensuring that all guests have their space and privacy.

The villa offers all the modern amenities you could wish for, including Internet access via WiFi and a completely new air conditioning system, installed in October 2023. For your safety and peace of mind, we also have a safe, as well as baby equipment, such as a cot, high chair, and changing table, if needed.

The exterior of the villa is equally impressive. With a plot of 1000 square metres, a beautiful garden awaits you with a chill-out area perfect for enjoying aperitifs and cocktails. Here you will also find a barbecue area for your outdoor roasts and a spectacular heated swimming pool (heated from 15 March to 15 November) with an indoor jacuzzi area, where you can relax and rejuvenate at any time of the year. The villa has a spacious outdoor parking area with capacity for up to 3 vehicles.

Located in a residential area, our villa allows you to walk to a variety of nearby shops, bars, and bus stops, making it easy to explore the area without the need for a vehicle.
