Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
Enjoy a quiet and private environment in this spacious 270 m² villa, perfect for family or work groups of up to 10 people. Located in Alhaurín de la Torre, this property offers a unique balance between rural tranquillity and proximity to urban and natural destinations. With easy access and space for up to 4 vehicles within the fenced plot, safety and comfort are guaranteed for the whole family, including the youngest members.
The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy dining room with a fireplace (firewood not included), ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality, as well as an independent kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. Next to the kitchen, a closed laundry room offers space for washing, ironing or simply enjoying a quiet moment with views of the landscape. On this floor, there are also three bright double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and a complete bathroom, as well as a room with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, a spacious and air-conditioned attic houses four single beds, ideal for children and teenagers. Here they have television and windows with security locks to guarantee their protection. This area becomes the perfect meeting space for the youngest. Additionally, the floor has a large terrace to sunbathe and relax in total privacy. It is important to highlight that the lower area of the accommodation will remain closed during the stay.
If you like the outdoors, enjoy the private pool and covered porch, which offers space to play, sunbathe or prepare a barbecue with the family. The villa is surrounded by a small community of independent houses in a very quiet area, with no immediate neighbours that compromise your privacy.
