The construction of this building section was completed in 2002, during which the ceilings, floors, walls, windows, doors and installations in the garden apartment were completely renewed, with the exception of an old exposed brick wall in the bathroom. The architectural style of the former farmhouse from 1728 was preserved and had to be maintained, which is especially evident in the front facade.
