Our beautiful holiday flat is in the centre of Davos. Perfect for a couple or a family (up to max. 5 people). The location is perfect! A great 2.5 room flat (62m2) in an extremely central but quiet location (next to the congress centre and indoor swimming pool, spa park, great children's playground, Vaillant Hockey Arena, golf, Dario Cologna cross-country skiing centre, large supermarket, shops, restaurants). 2 bus stops 170m away. Good room layout with small balcony.

The flat has always been well maintained and has a small balcony. A communal ski and bike room as well as the laundry room are at your disposal. Bicycles can be locked in the garage. The living room has less space when all 3 sofa beds are pulled out, but during the day you can join together to have more space. Perfect for a family or guests who are mostly outside and use the flat for eating/sleeping. Dining table with 5 chairs (high chair on request). Exit to the balcony.
