Our apartment in Haus Alexandra is a cozy studio with a double bed and a balcony with mountain views in the center of Arosa.



The studio is located in Haus Alexandra, right at the entrance to Arosa and in the centre with the Coop right next door. Guests have direct access to the ski slopes by bus from the bus stop right in front of the building and is only a few minutes walk from the train station, the Obersee and all the shops and restaurants in the centre. It is a practical and cosy studio with a very good location, parking and views of the mountains.

Location

Right at the entrance of Arosa and in the centre with the Coop right next to it, bus stop and within walking distance of the train station, the Obersee and all the shops and restaurants in the centre.
?? The studio is located just a few metres from the Prätschli ski slope, which ends directly in front of the Hotel Valsana - opposite the accommodation. A real ski-in experience: our guests can ski right up to a few metres in front of the house.

There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.

The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.

Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
