The apartment house "Serena" with 8 apartments (built in 1977, renovated in 2003) is located on the Höhwaldweg in the "Seehalde" area above Lake Obersee, directly on the Prätschli-Waldwiese/Obersee home runway. Problem-free, winter-proof access by car, underground car park with access via the staircase to the apartment. The bus stop "Seehalde" of the Arosa free bus is about 300 meters away from the property.
