An ideal villa for families with children, couples or even a group of friends. Private pool (with heating option), Barbecue, Terrace, pool and Ping Pong. Located near Water Eyes. It is located within a few minutes from the beach Falesia and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets are all within a short drive and walking distance.

It is the perfect place to relax family or friends.
Spend a great time in the wonderful swimming pool that can also be heated and lying on the sun loungers for a nice sun tan. Accommodates up to 14/16 people.

This villa is spread over Three floors.
At the Lower ground floor you have 4 bedrooms: one bedroom has a double bed attached to another one (small one) with bunk beds especially made for children.The third bedroom is an en-suite bedroom with two individual beds.The fourth bedroom is also a en-suite bedroom with double bed..All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.
You can also find the garage where we keep the pin-pong table.

The ground floor is occupied by one double bedroom en-suite with air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your daily meals.The living/ dinning room ( seating for 14 people) has direct access to the swimming pool, a garden and BBQ.

On the first floor you have three bedrooms: One is an en-suite with two individual beds. The second is a double bedroom and the third is a twin bedroom. The last two bedrooms has a shared bathroom.

The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia - miles of sandy beach, with a backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine-trees - which runs for miles, almost all the way to Vilamoura.Car rental is by no means necessary, unless perhaps you want to go to the beach everyday or you really want to explore the Algarve during your holiday. For the small trips a taxi or a bus is very handy and not so expensive!

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Outside: While staying at the villa enjoy the front terrace and your private swimming pool. You will also find a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers, sun shades and pool table. Private parking in the entrance of the villa for up 3 cars.
The entrance of the villa is closed with a electronic gates.

Safety equipment: Safe for personal effects , kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors.

Prices includes: Regular cleaning service, all household towels and linens, gas, water, electricity and air con. TV with local and international channels (Only the free channels available), safe, cots and highchairs for infants.
