It is located within a few minutes' from the beach "Falesia" and all facilities such as golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets are all within a short drive and walking distance.

The villa has a private pool (11mx5), garden and barbecue with capacity for 20 people, so it is a house of excellence for those who want to spend their holiday with family or a group of friends.

The villa has three floors, there are 7 bedrooms in the house - 3 of them are at the lower level, 2 other bedrooms are on the ground floor and the last 2 bedrooms are at the first floor.
In the Lower Level:
There is an en-suite bedroom with king size bed plus a single bed ( possibility for a cot), air conditioning, a large bathroom (bath) and a terrace with a table and chairs. One Double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with air conditioning, blinds that open up to the patio, one bathroom with bath and shower.

On this floor there is a living area with seating sofas, snooker table, bar and kitchenette all equipped and a terrace with garden furniture.

On the ground floor:
Consists by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with scenery view, both of them have air conditioning and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The dining room has seats for up 16/20 people and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine and a laundry room. A service bathroom (only toilet and basin).

The living room has 3 sofas, a dining table that seats up to 12 people and a fireplace, which you can use it freely in the cold months, if you need our help with an extra cost we provide the wood for you.

On the first floor:
Has an en-suite King size bed with bathroom(bath), air conditioning, 2 comfortable armchairs and a private balcony. 1 En-suite bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom(bath), air conditioning and a private balcony.
On the corridor there is a sofa bed for one single person.

Safety: Main Gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Outside - While staying at the villa enjoy the front terrace and your private swimming pool "with a size of 11mx8" . You also have a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers and sun shades and as well the BBQ.
Private parking closed with an electronic gate. Parking up to 5 cars.

Safety equipment -
Safe for personal effects , kitchen equipped with fire blankets, extinguishers and fire detectors.

Prices includes -
Regular cleaning service. All household towels and linens. All utilities (gas, water, electricity) and air conditioning. TV with local and international channels (Only free channels available).Safe. High chairs for infants.

Damage Deposit:
The security deposit.
The deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the belongings of the property and property, this is done by credit card at the time of check-in. We will inform you within 24h/72h if damage is detected when we check the property after you leave. We do not accept animals. We do not accept young groups.
Late check-in or Late check out:
Needs to be requested and confirm prior to your arrival (extra fees may be apply)
