The beauty of the house's location lies in the fact, that, while secluded from the view, and as private as possible, it is still in the center of Matulji – a small, but conveniently located town at the entrance of the Kvarner bay.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. You are welcome to use the-50 sq-meter-living space and park your car in spacious garage. Also, there is a patio and a beautiful garden with barbecue at your disposal.

The holiday house is newly built and has just opened for visitors. It can comfortably fit 4 adults, and we encourage you to bring your pets.

The interior was designed with love and passion, so our esteemed guests would get the warm feel of home right from the doorstep – unlike usual emotionless accommodation.
