The old stone house was completely renovated in 2018. It is located 6 kilometers from Crikvenica. Crikvenica is one of the most popular tourist resorts in the Kvarner Bay with its beautiful beaches, walking paths and tourist attractions. The house extends over 140 square meters. It has a private swimming pool, a small pool for children, parking and barbecue. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a covered terrace and an additional toilet with a washing machine. A stone staircase leads to 3 double bedrooms, one of which can be equipped with an extra bed for one person and a cot on request. Each room has a personal safe and a private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, smart TV and free internet access. Villa can accomodate 7 people. The house is ideal for those who want to spend a nice, romantic and warm family holiday, but with a nostalgic touch of old times. The yard of the house is fenced with a high stone wall and offers complete privacy, as well as relaxation and refreshment by the pool. Children and pets are welcome.
