Quaint and bright cottage about 35 sm, 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere. Double entrance and a pleasant independent court. Recently restored. Downstairs you have a nice living room (english antique furniture, double sofa, satellite TV) a bright kitchen (with gas cookers, electric oven, refrigerator and washing machine) and a bathroom with shower cabin. Upstairs you have the bed and the closet. The cottage can house up to 4 people. The cottage is located 5 minutes walking from Santa Maria in Trastevere on a hill which is linked to the street by a flight of about 40 steps (height 15 cm each) I have to admit thet when I first saw this cottage I fell in love with it. I was fascinated by it and by the surroundings. I thought "I want to live in a place like this. It is a place where you can enjoy after a day visiting Rome and share for a pleasant stay with friends.The cottage is five minutes walking from the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere which is the heart of the historical village of Trastevere.
