It is located close to the sea, to the splendid Tremiti Islands and behind one of the most attractive mountain landscapes of the Apennines. Gently touched by the sea breeze, the Villa is a place of comfort, peace and tranquillity, where rural traditions are revived through the scents, colours and, above all, typical exclusive flavours. You can experience the taste of good food and the famous wine tradition from Molise and Abruzzo region on pleasant convivial occasions: outdoors in the summertime, or enlivened by the cheerful fireplace in the lounge in the winter months. Villa Nino is equipped with every comfort, furnished to high standard of detail, that welcomes guests in a warm atmosphere.

Villa Nino has a kitchen with a breakfast table, a large living room divided into zones (bar, “warm zone” with fireplace and pellet stove, home cinema), two bathrooms, three bedrooms, ( a large room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds and en suite bathroom, a twin or double room and a room with a double bunk bed), for a total of 10 beds.
Upon request, a bed can be added in the twin or double room and 2 single beds in the home cinema area for a total of 13 beds. Also available is a crib for children up to 3 years old to be placed wherever you want for a total of 14 beds.
