This 4-bedroom villa in Loro Ciuffenna has a private swimming pool to cool down on a hot day. It is panoramically situated in the Tuscany hills, between Arezzo and Florence. The villa is perfect for a large family, two smaller families, or a group of up to 8 friends. _x000D_ _x000D_ In the direct surrounding, you will find many typical villages with lovely little restaurants and authentic architecture. At 2 km, you have the town center for enjoying the street life and strolling. Restaurants and supermarkets are also at 2 km. The lake at 5 km is great to enjoy sunsets. From here, it is easy to reach the towns of Florence, Arezzo, and Siena._x000D_ _x000D_ The villa offers all the comfort and has ample space for everyone. It has a private fenced garden for relaxing or playing with children. You can cook delicious recipes in the large kitchen and even bake cakes or pizzas. There are a verandah and a balcony to enjoy your meals. There is a garage. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

The house is perfect for families with or without children, and very secure so the small bambinos can not run away. The only suggestion we have is that you will make (or put on your website) a small booklet with simple information about shops, restaurants etc. in the nearby area, as there are so many fantastic things to see (so we have to come back!!) There is just one word to describe the accommodation: PERFECT !!!!! It is a stunning place to stay. We had a very warm welcome of the owner and if there was any problem he always was there to solve it (to be honest there were nearly no problems to solve at all). The equipment leaves nothing to be desired; above all to have a dishwasher was great. It was fantastic to stay at Villino Blu and every one of us 12 guests would recommend it to other friends! The only reason we rated the equipment as 4 (& not 5) was we would have liked a microwave, however, this is extremely minor and did not detract from our stay. The surrounding property, including the large pool are private and very attractive...rose bushes in abundance. The property is well located, especially if Cortona, Florence, Chianti, Arezzo, Perugia, Asissi are on your visiting list.
