Very elegant holiday apartments in an Alpine house in the Dolomites, ideal for a summer or winter holiday
The holiday apartments are in a typical Alpine house in the mountains of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, in the centre of Longiaru, part of San Martino in Badia. The location is ideal for spending an unforgettable holiday and experiencing mountain traditions and nature.
The garden in front of the house is for shared use and has tables, chairs and a barbecue. Each apartment has a parking space on the partially roofed parking area on site.
The house consists of four independent holiday apartments, of which two are currently available to let. The house has a little communal room to which all guests have access and where breakfast and optional dinner are served. The apartments have radiators but do not need air conditioning, owing to the location about 1400 metres above sea level. You can use a washing machine on request for a fee. Wireless Internet access and Satellite TV are available.
There is a little grocery shop about 100 metres from the house. There are restaurants nearby.
The owners, who live on site, look forward to offering you a comfortable stay in a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet and your free time. Breakfast has to be ordered at the time of booking. Dinner is only possible during the winter months and is to be arranged locally.

Consisting of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, it offers a practical and cosy solution for your stay in the mountains. Small and medium sized dogs are allowed, only by prior arrangement at the time of booking and may not be left alone in the flat. Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, with the possibility of a communal garden, this flat allows you to enjoy the greenery without sacrificing comfort. The presence of the owner in the property guarantees assistance and security during your stay. In terms of amenities, the flat is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use, ideal for long stays or after days outdoors. The kitchen, which is practical and functional, includes a ceramic hob, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and uses renewable energy, demonstrating care for the environment. Ski enthusiasts will find the slopes and ski lifts only 5000 metres away, while a ski bus available 100 metres from the flat provides easy access to these destinations. Essential services are also close at hand: the nearest centre is only 100 metres away, and for your daily needs, a grocery shop is available 150 metres away.
