La Miccia is the perfect nest for couples, a romantic getaway in the suite of a medieval hilltop town. Entirely private apartment, with independent entrance, this large space used to be the barns and stables of the house above, Casa di Vignolo (the vineyard's workers) and located in the main piazza of this little town.The entrance opens up to a dining area and a well equipped kitchen, following to the next room a door to the main bathroom of the unit with shower. You will certainly notice the large main room, arched ceiling, hosting the living room: a hot tub is located right in front of the fireplace on one side, and to the back a sofa with a large screen streaming TV standing up on the barn.From the living room, after only two steps, there is a very romantic and cozy bedroom with a double poster bed and bright window. A very basic room with night tables, a clothes hanger and an en suite bathroom with shower (laundry room attached to the bathroom). The bedroom has a bathroom ensuite with shower and, a laundry room. Very quiet and calm place, with very welcoming people, stunning views and typical products: olive oil is highly produced here and very famous for its production. Excellence also in wine and cheese. A very authentic and quiet place in Tuscany, ideal to rest and yet very central to move around the main visiting sites of the region: Firenze, Siena, Arezzo and all their lands!

Any damage to the property or excessive dirt will be deducted from the security deposit. In case the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €25/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence. Additionally, a €50 charge will apply if guests fail to dispose of their trash.Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00Departure within 10:00

LA MICCIA is a beautiful centuries' old apartment that will enchant you with its local traditional features: the stone walls all over the place, the original ceilings in red bricks, original pavements in "cotto" toscano,... you will be captured by the fusion of antique and modern style, like the hot tub in the living room!!!You will also fall in love with the atmosphere of this small Tuscan village. Non touristic route, Pergine Valdarno, will show you the normal everyday life of the locals going to get an espresso in the morning or buying their fresh bread. everyone will make you feel welcome and if you're lucky enough to spend some days here, you will finally feel part of it.We recommend a car as the best way to travel Tuscany!Pergine Valdarno is a very typical small village in Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees.In the middle of Tuscany between Florence, Arezzo and Siena.There’s a FREE Guide book that can give our guests some information about the "what to do" in the area. The main golf courses are about 29 km away. No skiing in this area. Tennis court is located at 6 km.There are several free parking spaces in close proximity to the house
