Sea, nature reserve dunes, 6 bedrooms, internet, 12 personsLocation:In the centre of the beach village Egmond aan Zee is a comfortable house (167 m2) with a large converted garden.The holiday home is located in a quiet street with shops and beach nearby. The house has a large, partly shared courtyard, which is child-friendly with a sandpit and toys. Cots, highchairs, pushchairs (including a bicycle at the rear) are available, and an extra bed for a 13th person is possible for an additional charge. Small children are not allowed on the street. A car park and/or garage are available, everyone has hot and cold water. The house has its own central heating. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the house is not permitted for allergy sufferers. The rental price includes a family dune card for the "North Holland Dunes" nature reserve.

Egmond aan Zee is the most famous place of the three Egmonden and originated as a fishing village in 977. Egmond aan Zee (6000 inhabitants) has been very important for tourism since the beginning of the last century because of its beautiful coastline. The history of Egmond aan Zee is still clearly present in the beach village. Jan van Speijk's lighthouse, the village's landmark, stands prominently on the boulevard. There are numerous pavilions and opportunities for sailing and surfing on the wide beach. In the village you will find all kinds of entertainment: café terraces, restaurants, sports facilities and shops - in short, something to suit every taste! The nature reserves (the North Holland Dune Reserve National Park and the Kennemer Dunes) start at the edge of the village.
