I rented this property for a group of 10 and unfortunately can't recommend it. The biggest issue was a roughly 20-hour power outage during the 2026 heatwave, which left us sleeping in a stifling building with no AC or fans overnight. Communication from CMG was nearly nonexistent — I was given multiple phone numbers that didn't work, received a single call asking if the issue was resolved (it wasn't), and got no follow-up, no time estimate, and no offer of water, fans, or alternate accommodations. I ended up tracking restoration estimates myself through the power company's website. The unit also had multiple maintenance and cleanliness problems. The rugs were dirty throughout, there was hair on the shower wall when we arrived, and one bedroom door wouldn't close because the trim was broken. The showers were a recurring headache: one had no door (or curtain), so water flooded the floor and we had to lay down towels that grew smelly within a couple of days, forcing constant laundry. One drain was so slow you'd stand in pooling water, and the hot water couldn't keep up with back-to-back showers, so anyone later in line got a cold one. There was also only one set of keys for all 10 guests, which made coordinating comings and goings difficult. On the positive side, there were plenty of towels and the AC worked reasonably well when power was on, though not as strong as we're used to. But given the conditions and the poor handling of the outage, I can't rate this stay higher than one star.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious apartment! The four bedrooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the modern kitchen, Cooking together was a joy with the electric hot plates and all the cooking basics provided, Plus, the location near the Arc de Triomphe was a huge bonus!

We had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. It was very clean, well kept, and in a perfect location—everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in, and any additional needs were handled quickly. We even requested extra towels during our stay, and they were brought promptly, which we really appreciated. We were especially grateful to be able to check in early after a long journey—it made our arrival so much smoother. Throughout our stay, Checkmyguest was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. A couple of small notes that future guests may find helpful: communication between BelVilla and Checkmyguest can be a bit confusing at times, so it’s worth confirming details with both if needed. Also, be sure to use the “boost” button on the hot water heaters before showering to ensure you have plenty of hot water. We also arranged a late check-out, which Checkmyguest confirmed and honored—something we really appreciated, even though the confirmation messaging between platforms wasn’t perfectly clear. Lastly, I did accidentally leave a coat behind and, despite reaching out quickly, haven’t been able to recover it—but this didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great apartment with a very helpful support team. We would definitely stay here again!
