The home had everything we needed and you can’t beat the location! It was perfect for our stay.

Very clean, easy access to trains, restaurants, laundry, etc. Has fans and heating! Has a fridge, kettle, everything! We were so pleased.

The place is very tiny if there is more than one of you. Biggest problem was that I tried to get into the door at 15. The place is actually the NEXT door over. When we could not get in, I called the # that was "available". but no one answered. I finally got in. the internet did not work. we tried all sorts of reboots w/o success. At one point, we were unable to get in. They changed the code, and we finally got in, Another time we were unable to get out of the door, the dishwasher did not work, it was cheap , and the accomodations were cheap.

We have left the establishment and quite frankly consider it uninhabitable it was so disgustingly uncomfortable and this dench was just the most unpalatable thing ever. None of the beds were comfortable. I didn't feel safe. It was hot. I left there moist everything I own is wet mime wet. This was so far off the mark. I don't know how anyone could have ever given a positive review. This is not at all in line with the value expected and I am quite frankly incredibly disappointed at your last response again and again and again. As I said we have left the building. We have taken out the trash. We left all of them towels and a pile to be laundered and I want my money back so please start that process immediately

This is a clean and well appointed apartment ideally located within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. Laundry facilities, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a bakery are all within two blocks of the unit. The space is good for two people, with a pullout couch in the living room area and a well furnished separate bedroom. The bathroom is located off the hallway, vs. off the bedroom, so we both had easy access to it. One caveat for older travelers or those with mobility issues: there are no grab bars in the shower or bathroom, no eye-level soap dishes in the shower, no bath mat in the shower, and a step down from the bathroom to the hallway that poses a potential tripping hazard. Our major concerns had to do with communications: 1) When we first arrived, we had difficulty accessing the unit because the host did not clarify which door we were to use to enter the unit; 2) there was no bedding or pillows provided for the pullout couch, just a mattress cover and a comforter, and the host didn't respond when we contacted them through the e-mail address they told us to use for any issues; 3) we had some difficulty getting the WiFi password; and 4) there were no written instructions about what to do with the trash that accumulated over the week, or what the expectations were for checkout. A sheet of written instructions would have been very helpful.
