Sofa bed is broken. Mattress keeps falling through. I’ve reached out and was told that someone would be sent. No one has arrived. I followed up and am still waiting. WiFi has not worked since arriving. I’ve messaged several times. Very inconvenient with international phones and slow minimal data. There is an intermittent noice vibrating the door every few minutes. Which we’ve tried to ignore, but it is a bit jarring when it occurs. Power was out and twice and elevator was not working. Couldn’t access stairs. Messaged with no response. Had to wait for power to return to access apartment. Overall the issues have added up to be a disappointing experience.

The apartment was in a great position for easily getting around Paris. It was clean and wonderfully cool due to the air conditioning. The entry instructions were a little confused with lots of different codes and videos and it wasn’t clear which floor the apartment was actually on. Lift out of order which we missed when booking. No WiFi for the majority of the time we were there which was unfortunate but the person on the other end of the email answered straight away and helped sort it out. The phone number given in case we needed help was unanswered and a response only came at the end of our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Cosi apartment Bastille - Le Marais, The city view from my room was breathtaking, especially at sunset, The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space comfortable during my visit,

The apartment is spacious and situated in a great district, within walking distance of the city centre, It is very quiet as the windows open onto the yard, although this is also why there is hardly any sunlight during the winter months, The apartment has a fantastic kitchen and a great shower with most amenities, There is also a climate control system to heat up different areas of the apartment, On the downside, the elevator was broken during our entire stay, so we had to use the stairs, This was not a big issue for us, but it could be a problem for some guests, The Wi-Fi didn't work - the provided network and password were not real, and the hosts (agency) were not too helpful about this, They asked us to restart the router which didn't fix anything, One of the towels had a hair on it which was unpleasant, The bathroom didn't have any hand soap which wasn't a big issue, Overall, the apartment is good, but it doesn't feel worth it for a second stay,
