Work trip, two nights. The internet was solid which made remote work easy from the dedicated desk area. The staff were friendly and ready to assist with anything needed during our stay. Bathroom and kitchen basics were straightforward and reliable.

Better than I expected at this price point near Bastille. Bedroom had good bedding and decent wardrobe space while kitchen gear included essentials like microwave, toaster, and wine glasses for relaxing evenings.

Three nights here with great sleep quality on the queen bed used each night comfortably. Check-in was quick so we spent more time exploring nearby spots like Place de la Bastille and could make use of the washing machine easily onsite.

I was extremely disappointed in my experience with our host, Belvilla by Oyo. We had issues getting our check in information and we didn't have linens or a pillow for one of our guests. We reached out to our host 10 TIMES through various means (text, whatsapp, and direct messaging) and we received ZERO communication back. We received automated emails with contact information for a concierge, and when we reached out to the concierge, he said that he couldn't help us with our problem and then read our response message and never replied again. I have NEVER had this poor of an experiene with a rental host. I DO NOT recommend.

In the bedroom, there was mold in the corner. My brother and I got sick from this mold, and it smelled horrible. The manager refused to refund us for our stay. Would not recommend this apartment.

Location is great! We weren’t able to check in at the time we were told. The place had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom and there was constant construction going on when we visited. Overall not great.

We had a positive experience and felt secure in the vicinity, although we encountered some difficulties with the bathroom's shower drain and door, We found that there were insufficient bed covers for our needs, Please be aware that the windows are not transparent and cannot be opened, Nevertheless, we believe the stay was value for money and enjoyed our time!

The ground floor studio flat offered excellent value and was situated in a prime location, It was impeccably clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities, Initially, the entrance instructions created a bit of confusion as they implied there would be multiple doors to pass before reaching the key box, when in fact, it was located in the mailbox, However, following this, entry and exit were straightforward, Ghita, the host, was fantastic - many thanks!

The flat is quite charming and snug, I must note that when we arrived, our keys belonged to another room - the guests who were meant to stay in the opposite room were in ours, so we had to exchange rooms with them, Also, the sofa bed was more akin to a flat bed - slightly uncomfortable and lacking stability, Aside from that, it was a truly adorable place to stay in an excellent location!

Extremely friendly host, Always responded promptly, The apartment's location is top-notch! Not too far from the apartment, there is a metro station where you can purchase tickets, and this station connects to three lines, which is extremely convenient as you can easily travel to various destinations without any transfers, The room is incredibly peaceful, The size is more than adequate when compared to other options at this price point, The apartment is spotless, and there are several sets of towels available, The bed and pillows are very comfortable, The only slight inconvenience was that despite having 2 radiators, the apartment felt chilly, However, at night, it's fine as there are two large warm blankets,

Lovely tidy studio with an excellent location close to all the attractions you could want to visit in central Paris and with great transport options! The street was peaceful and there wasn't much noise from the neighboring apartments, although the sound of rain dripping on the roof was quite loud one night, so we suggest bringing earplugs if it's going to rain during your visit, Overall, no issues and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating :)
