A very nice apartment in a great location! We loved being close to the Bastille district and found the public transport options to be very convenient,

The apartment and its location were both excellent, It was neat and stylish with lots of amenities such as USB chargers and high-end showers, Ideal for a girls getaway in Paris, However, there were two minor issues: Firstly, there was a misunderstanding with the host about early check-in, We were initially informed it was possible, then later told it was not, only to be informed again that it was possible but with an additional fee, However, when we arrived early with all our luggage, we were told to wait until the original check-in time, We will be getting a refund for the fee, but it did disrupt our day, Secondly, the neighbours seemed to be very sensitive to noise, particularly in the hallway, We were told to lower our voices while merely conversing on our way up the stairs on a Saturday afternoon, It's not something the host can control, but future guests should be aware of this, Despite these issues, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend or revisit this place,

The flat is quite appealing, However, the dishwasher and washing machine were out of order as their water supply was disconnected, A water line required some fixing, The place is conveniently located,

Our stay in this magnificent apartment-style home was incredibly enjoyable, The edifice is quite antiquated, but the apartment has been beautifully renovated and gives off a contemporary aura, It's located at a safe distance from the crowded tourist spots, allowing us to experience the local life, but it's also close enough for us to visit popular sights via train, The accommodation was perfect for my family of 6, although it's worth mentioning that one of the beds is a pullout sofa which might be more suitable for younger kids, There was ample space for us to relax, whether while having a snack at the kitchen table or lounging in the living room, An amazing bakery is situated nearby which I strongly endorse, The host was highly responsive, addressed our queries and worries, and shared detailed instructions (including photos) for locating and entering the property, In summary, it was a delightful dwelling away from the hubbub of the busy tourist section of Paris,

Fantastic apartment in the 11th! The area boasts numerous amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries, It's near the Metro, which is extremely convenient, I would definitely stay here again, Recommended for anyone wanting to discover the 11th, while also having easy access to the rest of the city,

The flat was exactly as shown in the photos, equipped with numerous facilities, It was conveniently located near the subway with many eateries and stores in the vicinity, The host was easily reachable and very quick to respond, Highly recommended!

The apartment was beautifully refurbished on the inside, situated in a pleasant neighborhood, and close to a metro station, However, the building, courtyard, and staircase were rather run-down, The apartment itself was spotless, with comfy beds, elegant bathrooms, and a stylish design, There were a few minor issues, the bathroom mirror light wasn't working, but the main light was fine, The coffee table had a crack and there was a stain on one of the sofa cushions, There was no laundry detergent available, Construction noise was noticeable in the mornings, but we left the apartment during the day, The hosts were quick and responsive in their communication, but the issues couldn't be resolved during our stay, They kindly offered to refund the cost of the detergent we purchased, and were flexible with our checkout time, Overall, we had a good stay, the apartment was attractive and comfortable,

Slightly smaller than anticipated but cosy and fully furnished, Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were appealing, very tidy, The building is quite ancient but the apartment has been renovated beautifully, It's positioned above a restaurant but isn't loud, The surrounding area is residential and somewhat ordinary, It's a little distance from the city center but has good metro connectivity, Check in /out was a breeze (despite being early at 10:00) and communication was swift and effortless,

An extremely welcoming and snug apartment refurbished with ample space for two families with little kids, All that we required was present in the apartment with numerous eateries and grocery stores in close proximity, The building, however, is a bit aged and you can hear the neighbors
