My spouse and I and another couple stayed for four nights and the private bedrooms with attached bathrooms were fantastic! As other reviewers have mentioned, the furniture was not very comfortable, especially the beds and sofas, with the sofas being in particularly bad condition, However, the rooms were extremely spacious - much larger than any hotel rooms we've stayed in! The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as other neighborhoods, We weren't bothered by any street noise and the blackout curtains were a nice touch, The host was extremely communicative!

The location was fantastic and perfect for what we needed, It was convenient to use the metro and also within walking distance of the main tourist areas, The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed,

I stayed at this place from November 15th to 18th, 2024, The location, comfort, convenience, responsiveness, and value for money were all great, This flat is perfect for two couples to share, The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment with the living room in between, Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, and there is a third bathroom as well, There is a coffee shop and a convenience store right at the building's doorstep where you can buy all the basic necessities, The managing agency is extremely responsive and always responds within 5 minutes, Before our arrival, they shared an e-handbook with us that included all the necessary instructions for check-in/out and how to use the apartment's appliances, There is also flexibility for early check-in at noon and late check-out at 2 pm for an additional (reasonable) cost, which we used and were satisfied with, I will definitely come back,

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, The key was easy to access and the building was quiet, The sofas were a bit worn, and there was no salt or pepper as advertised, However, the overall amenities were good and I would consider booking again, Thank you!

I had an amazing experience from the moment I booked until I checked out, Our host was extremely responsive and the location was perfect, There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, The Opera district has lots of things to see and do, and this location is ideal for that, The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a Parisian vacation, There's a great grocery store just around the corner, making it very convenient, I highly recommend booking here and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Paris,

We had a wonderful time in this perfect apartment, The check-in process was great and the instructions included photos which made it very easy to find, The neighborhood was fantastic with lots of restaurants and a bakery just downstairs that had delicious croissants every day, We loved walking around and exploring the area, We highly recommend this place for your next holiday,

The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of Gare du Nord and metro stations, The building itself was beautiful and gave us a taste of Parisian living, The space inside was perfect for two couples and had air conditioning, among other amenities, The only problem was that the bedroom with the bathroom, which was separated by a sliding barn door, didn't have a door at all, so there was no privacy, Luckily, there was a third full bathroom off the living area, We would definitely come back, and hopefully, the door will have been fixed by then!
