Generel:
Within 12 hours of arriving we realized the refrigerator was barely cooling and sent a message to host, but they never replied. We sent several messages during our trip and they never replied to ANY messages. Not only could we not store drinks for them to be cold, but we had to throw away food too because it would have been unsafe to eat. There were other problems too, some major and some minor... for example: - living room windows were covered with scaffolding and plastic therefore it meant no view and a dark room - workers arriving at 8am making loud noises on the scaffolding, waking every one up. - none of these two previous items were disclosed to us! - dirty duvet and pillows with yellow stains... making us question the hygiene and cleanliness of the place - no dish towels to dry dishes... we had to use a bathroom hand towel. Overall, the unit was far from the "luxury" unit it was advertised as, and definitely not worth the money.

Good- Location is great, near the Gare de L’Est train station and within minutes of multiple Metro stations and restaurants. Spacious, there were 7 of us with 2 kids and 5 adults and it accommodated us well. Bad- Hot water only lasts 2 minutes, so you need to take quick showers, found out the hard way on the first one. Some might like this but we did not. It was way too hot and couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler in some of the rooms. There is construction going on in the building with scaffolding around the entire outside and I think that made the apartment extra dusty.

A pleasant place to stay in Paris, Situated above a bustling street, numerous shops, eateries, and the metro were all within walking distance, When we arrived, the entry code system was a bit tricky, but the host responded quickly and assisted us in figuring things out, The flat was neat and spacious enough for our group of 10 (children and adults) to feel at ease, If you are traveling with young children, please note that the windows in two of the bedrooms are low and easy to open, Additionally, the apartment is located on the second floor (European 1st floor) with narrow, winding stairs that are often dimly lit, One last thing to mention: there is a washing machine but no dryer, I'm not sure if these amenities are typical of living in France or specific to this apartment, so they are not criticisms, just things to keep in mind, especially if you are coming from the US, Overall, it is a great option for exploring Paris,

Joffrey always responded quickly to our requests, We traveled to Paris with 6 people (two couples with 1 child each), The apartment served us perfectly, Excellent location, many restaurants and markets just a few blocks away, Metro stations and even scooters and bicycles are nearby for rent, It was an excellent experience in Paris, The apartment is large (with three bedrooms) and allowed us to put the children to sleep while we dined in the living room without our conversation disturbing them, Thank you Joffrey!
