The location of this place is great and it's clean and precise!

Our stay at Michael & Joanna’s place in Paris was amazing! The apartment was spotless, roomy, and easily accommodated five people, Its location was ideal, with all the shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city, We also felt very secure during our stay, which was a top priority for us, The apartment was located in a peaceful area, which allowed us to unwind and recharge after long days, Overall, it surpassed our expectations, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris!

We highly recommend Michael and Johanna's apartment for your stay in Paris, The apartment is immaculate and has all the amenities you need, Its location is fantastic, making all the sights easily accessible by walking or by the metro,

This house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a safe neighborhood, Most high-end stores and shops are within a 15-20 minute walk, There is also a small grocery store nearby which allowed us to cook our own meals a few nights, The rooms are quite spacious and 2 out of 3 rooms have ensuite showers, The toilets are not in the ensuite bathrooms, but it's not a big deal, The wifi was a bit spotty, but it still worked, It was very convenient that each room had its own TV, The washer and dryer were also a bonus as they allowed us to pack lightly, I would definitely stay here again,

We had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space for the five of us, and the beds were very comfortable, The neighborhood was great, and we could walk to many different landmarks, Although there were some issues with the thermostat in one of the bedrooms and some trims and panels came unglued, these were addressed in a timely manner, Overall, we had a fantastic time!

A stunning flat in a fantastic location, just a short walk from everything and with a metro stop right on your doorstep, There are plenty of great supermarkets and dining options nearby, and you'll find at least two bakeries within a block, Although there is some noise from the metro in the apartment - particularly during peak hours - we were so busy exploring the city that it didn't really affect us, Our host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, and getting into the apartment was a breeze, For our family of five, it provided the perfect base for exploring Paris and was an easy commute to the airport or Gare du Lyon,

My group of five had a wonderful time staying here, It was great that every bedroom had its own shower, The living area was very roomy, everything was spotless, and we immediately felt comfortable, The neighborhood was amazing - very easy to walk around and felt safe, and not as crowded with tourists as other areas of the city, We would definitely stay here again,

This apartment is perfect and has everything you need, The host was very helpful and provided detailed explanations, I knew it would be a great place to stay before even arriving, The location, cleanliness, amenities, design, service, spaciousness, and price were all excellent, Highly recommend!

This is an amazing apartment that is conveniently located near the subway, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping centers, You can easily access all the main attractions such as the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and catacombs with a short ride on public transportation, The friendly team at the office greeted us warmly upon arrival, The accommodations are secure yet easily accessible, The team was very responsive to our needs and ensured that our stay was enjoyable, If we ever return to beautiful Paris, we would definitely stay there again!

This apartment is excellent, situated in a very secure area in the 8th arrondissement, My family, including teenagers, felt extremely safe in the apartment and the surrounding area, There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the tourist attractions are within walking distance, The apartment was clean and well-equipped with enough towels, bedsheets, etc, There are three double bedrooms, each with a TV, as well as a TV in the living room, There are also three bathrooms and two separate toilets, which comfortably accommodated our group of six, Michael and Johanna were great hosts, very responsive and proactive, although I didn't have any problems to resolve in any case, I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again,
