Ferielejlighed - 6 personer - 75008 - Paris

The location was wonderful. We enjoyed Paris. We were very disappointed in the apartment. There was only one toilet for six of us. Two bathrooms were listed so I had purposely inquired about 2 toilets and was told that there were 2. That was an outright lie. And the location of the toilet was right next to the cooking area, right in the living space. This apartment should not really be listed for six people. There is one couch for sitting. Also, pots for cooking were so high up that they couldn't be reached and I'm not short! Power went off and circuit breaker had to be switched back on by reading translations on our phone from French to English in order to know what to do. Not a great experience. Thank goodness we were only there for four nights.

This apartment has been nothing but problems so far. The first night, the air conditioner broke and leaked all over our luggage (and the floor). The sink in the bathroom also leaked. That was fixed on day 2, when we also realized there were issues with the towel heater in the bathroom - it randomly turns on or off by itself (and has electrical wires hanging loose). We were told "not to worry", despite it heating the apartment when we didn't want it to. For the ultimate sideshow, the pipes for the radiator got exceedingly hot and started hissing and making banging noises. At this point we no longer felt safe in the apartment, yet the Belvilla emergency call center said not to worry and call 112 if we saw smoke. Finally this morning they claimed they'd have someone look at it. I've never stayed anywhere with as many problems and that made us feel as unsafe as this property. We stayed based on most of the reviews being a 10/10, but this has been horrible.

Pro: location, safety in theory although the door from the street was often propped open and the door to the apartment hall has a broken lock; Con: cannot regulate temperature - told there is central heating/cooling although apartment has AC unit, mold in showers, rugs dirty, dishwasher smells terrible, poor kitchen ware supplies like mugs, forks, etc.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris, Two bedrooms provided ample space, and the living area was cozy, Would stay here again,

Advertised at 2BR/2BA. While there are 2 showers, there is only 1 toilet. We spent 4 nights at the property. The first day there, we notified management that one of the shower drains was clogged and couldn't be used and the overhead lights in that same bathroom were not working. They asked if we wanted it fixed that day (it was a Sunday) and we responded that we did. All day went by and nobody showed up. That night I followed up and they asked for pictures and a video. I sent pictures and a video. I followed up each day and nobody ever came to fix anything. They just kept telling me they'd notify the property manager and get it resolved. Then on the final evening they asked for pictures and a video again. Decent location, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own. We paid up for a 2 bath rental since we were traveling with another couple and didn't get what we paid for. We asked for some sort of compensation and they've ignored our emails. I wouldn't stay here or anywhere else managed by this company again.
