We enjoyed our stay here, The apartment was well-maintained, and the nearby attractions kept us busy, The Luxembourg Garden is a must-visit!

Our stay at this property was enjoyable, it was clean and conveniently located, Many facilities were easily accessible, including a top-notch grocery store, shopping centers, countless restaurants, and metro stations in both directions, The presence of a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy, the kitchen was well equipped, and both bedrooms were cozy, As pointed out in previous reviews, the subway runs beneath the building, however, it didn't cause any noise disturbance, We would suggest this unit to anyone planning to stay in the 6th while visiting Paris!

The flat was excellent, It was conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops and metro stations, in a peaceful and secure neighborhood, The apartment was very clean and suited our family perfectly, We hope to return in the near future,

The apartment was incredible! It comfortably accommodated my family of four, The place was tidy, spacious, felt secure and was in a fantastic location (near stores, boutiques, supermarket, and so on), The weather was quite chilly, so it was nice to keep the windows open during the day, Despite the kitchen/living room overlooking a bustling street, it was silent once we shut the windows, There were some refurbishments being carried out in the lobby and the exterior, causing us to wake early due to the noise and chatter, Furthermore, some neighbors had a heated argument in the corridor, but none of this detracted from our stay, I would wholeheartedly endorse this place!

The apartment was ideally suited for our group of three girls on a Parisian adventure, It is impressively spacious and cozy, The decor is tastefully done, and the area was neat and uncluttered, The availability of two bathrooms was essential for us three, making our daily preparations hassle-free, The sofa bed was extremely comfy, and in general, our stay was delightful, The location is superb, with an amazing shopping mall right opposite, perfect for shopping and food supplies, It was also convenient to walk to eateries, pubs, and points of interest, and we fell in love with this Paris neighborhood, The only thing to watch out for is that because this apartment is on the ground floor, it can be a bit noisy due to the train and occasional people in the courtyard, As New Yorkers, we aren't bothered by this, but it might be a challenge for those unaccustomed to city noise,

The location is excellent, despite the exterior of the apartment seeming quite old, the interior is completely updated, The only minor downside is the noise from the metro and occasional vibrations, Nonetheless, this was not a major issue for us, Overall, it's really worth the money,

Adored the flat, A genuine Parisian encounter with a contemporary touch, Ample space for 6 people, Instructions were simple and straightforward, Double glazed windows for noise reduction, A metro line runs beneath the building, which didn't bother us, I would strongly endorse this flat, The location is fantastic, with an array of excellent shops, bakeries and more in the vicinity,

Our stay in this delightful apartment was thoroughly enjoyed, The size was ideal for our family of four, with extra room to spare, The apartment was modern and clean, The towels provided were plush, The kitchen was extremely practical, We appreciated being located opposite Le Bon Marche, which is great for a gourmet grocery store that has everything you could possibly want to try in Paris, and for department store shopping, Being near to the metro was also a bonus! A heads up for future guests, there is some renovation work taking place in the building, so keep that in mind if you're planning to stay in during daytime, However, this didn't bother us as we were out exploring the city all day, We can't wait to come back!

We absolutely adored this Airbnb, The placement was perfect, close to all the things we adore, particularly St Germain, I've booked several Airbnb's in Paris, and this one was true to its pictures, We will definitely return! Thanks once more for everything,

Extremely pleasant stay

Incredible!!

We had a pleasant stay here, The location wasn't the most scenic part of Paris, but there were excellent shops and eateries within a 15-20 minute walk, and major attractions within 30, There was a small shopping center just across the street from the location, We didn't mind the sound of the metro during the day and got accustomed to it after some time, It was convenient to have two showers for our family of five, There was a handy grocery store just a 3-minute walk down the road, All things considered, it was a nice stay!

The apartment was in an excellent location and was extremely splendid! The space was cozy with relaxing furniture and an appealing layout, I was particularly drawn to the decor, wallpaper, and overall aesthetics of the place, One unusual but certainly not negative feature was the presence of two toilets at the apartment's front, with the second bedroom at the back only having a sink and shower, The metro could be felt underneath, but I found that quite enchanting, The location was impeccable with fantastic shopping just across the road!
