Our stay was great with 5 people, The common area was separated from the 3 bedrooms which was nice, Also, there were 3 bathrooms and toilets along with a washer/dryer and all the kitchenware one could need, It is important to read the instructions provided to access the building,

The apartment is stunning and situated in an excellent location close to numerous restaurants, It is extremely comfortable, and we were able to unwind after busy days in Paris, The beds were also very comfortable, However, we found the apartment to be quite noisy, It is located on a very busy street, and you can hear people talking outside the apartment window, The bedroom closest to the street was so loud that we ended up sleeping in the same room as our toddler just to avoid the noise, You can hear the metro most of the evening since it is situated below the apartment, We also had really loud neighbours upstairs, which was unfortunate,

We spent 5 days in the apartment, and everything is exactly as shown in the photos, the apartment is very new, the air conditioning is very good and quiet, the windows have sound insulation, the bathrooms are new and with private toilets (3), the showers are good and hot water in all faucets, The beds are great, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, It has a mini market right in front, which makes things much easier, We will definitely come back,

The apartment was ample enough for all 6 of us girls, The cleanliness and appearance were both very pleasing,

My friends and I went on a trip with five people, The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, The location was very convenient for visiting all the main attractions,

The actual location was even better than the photos! The place looked brand new and was very comfortable for the five of us who stayed here, There was also plenty of space, The host was very responsive, I would definitely recommend this place to others, It was also very close to the metro, shops, cafés, etc,

Schöne Wohnung, Der Blick in den Innenhof und das Treppenhaus, das anscheinend gerade renoviert wird, war nicht so schön, Interessanter Blick jedoch vom Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer mit bodentiefen Fenstern zur Hauptstraße hin, Die Gegend war zentral, jedoch war die Hauptstraße nicht so schön, Schöne Möbel, neu und gepflegt, Viel Platz, Gute Ausstattung, Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super,

My friends and I, three couples in total, enjoyed our stay here thoroughly and were able to have the privacy we needed, The Airbnb was elegant and located in a lovely neighborhood, The management was very responsive and helpful, Overall, this was a wonderful start to our trip in France,

Great location! The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame, The free WiFi was reliable, which was a big plus for planning our daily adventures,

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious apartment with a great location for our party of 6, The only minor issue we encountered was intermittent buffering with the internet,

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is willing to pay a bit more for a whole lot more value, The bedrooms and bathrooms were all lovely, and the common area was very welcoming, The owner is also very responsive and accommodating,

The Studio prestige property is amazing, The location was superb, The team was very attentive, The unit was stunning,

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the excellent condition and it was pleasant and comfortable, However, it was a bit cold at night and despite using the temperature control, it did not warm up, It is close to the subway station and has excellent accessibility to any Parisian attraction,

This home is absolutely beautiful! The only drawbacks are that it can get noisy at times during the night and the wifi isn't great, However, the home is very comfortable, spacious, and looks exactly like the pictures, Plus, the air conditioning works wonderfully!

The location is fantastic, The apartment is clean with new furnishings and really comfortable beds, The host was great with communication, Although there were some minor things missing such as washing machine and dishwasher soap, and tea towels, it didn't affect our fantastic stay,

The place was very nicely designed and furnished, It was very clean and conveniently located, Although it's located above a busy street on the second floor, it was quiet inside, The bedrooms were large and had adjacent bathrooms, The kitchen was well stocked, The only negatives were that there were no hand towels in the bathrooms and no dish towels in the kitchen, Additionally, they gave us the wrong code to access the lock, so we had to call them to enter, However, they did give us a crib for no extra charge, We originally asked to check in early for 30 euros but a couple of days later, they changed the fee to 100 euros, We declined, but when we showed up early, they let us in with no fee, Therefore, I wouldn't recommend paying for early check-in,
