Considering we are seniors, we always book a place with a lift, airconditioning and WiFi. I don’t know what happened here but we were notified the day before that this apartment was in the fifth floor with no lift. We needed help to get the suitcases upstairs and down again. We didn’t have a good sleep due to the noisy old air conditioner. We wanted to make use of the washing machine but there was no washing powder available. The shower water pressure was good but the hand towel rail was missing so the hand towel was just placed over the sink. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom door. My mother got up to use the bathroom at night and found a cockroach on the wall. The next morning we packed up and left and went to a better place. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I really think the computer algorithms did a poor job picking this apartment for us.

Our stay was good. Place is exactly as described, close to lots of selection of stores, restaurants and also Metro. Just a miscommunication with the check in. The host that reached out is very attentive, refilled the toilet paper right away. Small but but we have everything we need. Feels cozy.
