Generel:
Perfect location, walking distance from anything you would need. Room was super duper clean, nothing felt gross and it came with all that we needed. Towels were good and fluffy. Staff was very helpful and easy to contact, they got back to us quickly. We couldn’t hear any of our neighbours. All around awesome place especially for the price!!

I reserved this property through VRBO. After booking, I received communication from Belvilla and Studio Prestige. Both wanted confirmation of my arrival and Studio Prestige emailed me seven times before arrival asking me to use the Yaago platform, to call 30 minutes before my arrival and then to show up at a different address to check-in for my stay. The communication seemed uncoordinated and burdensome. When we checked-in at Studio Prestige (around the corner from our apartment) the office seemed chaotic and unprofessional. However, it was nice that someone walked us over to our property and asked if we had any questions. The apartment was well appointed and moderately clean. After 24 hours we found a binder in the drawer with information about the apartment. I wish this book had been visible when we arrived. Perhaps I could’ve properly locked our door (with the key from the inside- not usual in the U.S.), operated the coffee machine and the towel warmer.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Studio! Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur einen Steinwurf von der U-Bahn entfernt und umgeben von großartigen Restaurants und Geschäften, Die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen ein Lebensretter, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet, um Frühstück zuzubereiten, Definitiv empfehlenswert für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub!

The place was immaculately clean and well-organized, Access to the Metro and dining was effortless, All the amenities that were promised were delivered, Despite a small issue with the washer, the host arranged for a repairman to be there in 20 minutes at 2100 hours, The repairman worked on the washer until it was fixed, finished our laundry, and returned it folded the next day, The only issue we had was the noisy bar across the street, but it was only for one night, Otherwise, it was quiet and peaceful,
