Left wrong key in lock box so I was in wrong condo first night, no lights on entrance way at night and front door could only be locked with key while inside or out. Supply another key!!!!!!!!!!!!! Condo itself was nice

We thought this apartment was okay overall, but there were some glaring issues that never got resolved. Unfortunately, the property manager did not respond to our attempts to connect during our stay. Access into the complex is unreliable. The metal gate latch frequently gets stuck, and there are no tips or instructions in the house manual about how to deal with it. We were left outside at night more than once, and when we tried calling the listed guest contacts, no one picked up. The entry light is also broken, leaving the area very dark, which felt unsafe and even dangerous late at night. The apartment lock system also needs better explanation. We only received one set of keys, and the interior door cannot be unlocked without it. This meant that when we left and locked the door, one of our sons was trapped inside until we returned. In an emergency such as a fire, this would have been extremely unsafe. A manual explaining how the locks work would be very helpful, especially for guests unfamiliar with Paris apartments. There were also maintenance issues inside. We noticed visible black mold on the ceiling above the shower near the kitchen, which is concerning. The shower drain also made a constant dripping sound day and night, even when no water was running. On the positive side, the location is very good and convenient, and the beds were comfortable. But overall, these safety and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than it should have been.

This place needs a lot of work to be represented as you have. I gave CMG a full write up and suggestions ranging from minor easy fixes to serious and urgent attention. Please regard these as constructive suggestions you should be aware of and hopefully act on.
