The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the first floor, overlooking a park, and is also accessible by elevator. A parking space and a lockable bicycle storage room are available in the courtyard. The apartment has dual orientation, with a southwest-facing loggia and a northeast-facing balcony. The separate bedroom facing the courtyard offers peace and quiet for a restful sleep. A sofa bed in the open-plan living area is available for a third guest. All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds for sun protection or completely blacked out at night. The open-plan design and modern furnishings offer a high quality of stay for our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday apartment, on the loggia, and on the balcony! The total price does not include bed linens. Please let us know when you make your booking request if you would like to add bed linens as an optional extra.
