This semi-detached holiday home offers enough space for up to eight people and an additional small child on a living space of approx. 120 m². The holiday home was completed in November 2015 and is located in the Ostseeferienpark Rerik, which consists of newly built holiday homes. The house has been certified with 5 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Outdoor facilities: Two parking spaces are available one behind the other, behind which an additional vehicle could be parked. If you have brought your own bikes or are hiring bikes, you can store them in a lockable bike shed and the garden is fenced (height approx. 80 cm). Terrace: The large garden table with space for eight people invites you to a cosy barbecue evening, an electric barbecue is available. An electric charging station, only for guests of the semi-detached house.

You can open the entrance door to the outside with your individual access code, making it easy to get into the house. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with a cosy leather seating area, wood-burning stove and a large dining area for eight people as well as a high-quality, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the living/dining room you can access the large terrace. There is also a large shower room with sauna. If you are not out and about, you can enjoy satellite TV or a good film on DVD from the living area. For those who prefer music, there is a stereo system with radio/CD, iPod and USB connection. Or you can relax in front of the wood-burning stove and listen to the crackling of the fire. A modern, fully equipped and spacious eat-in kitchen is available so that you can indulge in your culinary hobby while on holiday. It has a large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, extractor bonnet, raised oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The modern bathroom with adjoining sauna consists of a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. After a sauna session, you can step out into the fresh Baltic Sea air via a double door. On the first floor you will find a total of three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), two bedside tables, two stools, wardrobe and satellite TV. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), two bedside tables, two stools, a sideboard and satellite TV. All beds have adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses and are at a comfortable height. You will also find a beautiful wellness bathroom to relax in with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin and hairdryer. The converted loft is the ideal domicile for your children. Here you will find our bunk corner with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a desk and a wardrobe as well as a cosy corner with two beanbags, a TV board and satellite TV.

The nearby Baltic Sea cycle path is an ideal starting point for cycling tours through the beautiful Kühlung countryside. The location between the old Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock, as well as nearby Kühlungsborn, offers numerous opportunities for interesting excursions.

The house is ideal for families with children, intergenerational holidays, holidays with friends or colleagues, but also for couples looking for peace and quiet. The high-quality and stylish furnishings will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The ground floor and ground floor are fully tiled, the loft is covered with vinyl. A children's table and high chair are available for small children. Children's crockery and cutlery are also included in the inventory. A travel cot can be provided on request. A washing machine is also available. Each room has fly screens and blackout blinds. There is a safe in one of the bedrooms. Charcoal, open fires and fireworks are not permitted due to the fire hazard of the thatched roofs. Please note that these properties are located in a new development area.
