This modern flat with balcony, shared courtyard and panoramic terrace is located in a guesthouse. On your balcony overlooking the mountains, you can enjoy the atmosphere of a small Italian town and round off your eventful holiday in comfort. The approx. 44 m² flat is located on the first floor and has a view of the mountains. You will be greeted by a cosy kitchen-living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. A dining table invites you to eat together and socialise. A sofa with satellite TV invites you to linger. The sofa can also be used as a sleeping area for two children. In the separate adjoining bedroom, you can recharge your batteries in the comfortable king-size bed. The built-in wardrobe provides space for your clothes and accessories. The modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the offer.

Within a few minutes' walk you can reach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the lake with its many beautiful beaches. Toscolano-Maderno is worth a visit at any time of the year. Especially between October and January the temperatures are mild and ideal for hiking, trekking or mountain biking in the surrounding mountainous regions. The historic centre offers small shops, services, restaurants and bars. The bakery and butcher's shop are open daily and are just across the street. A small, well-maintained wellness centre with a beauty parlour and hairdresser is also nearby. A bicycle shop rents bicycles and offers guided cycling and walking tours. In the vicinity you will also find numerous restaurants and bars, small souvenir and clothing shops, as well as numerous offers for recreational activities and water and sports in general. A few kilometres away, you will also find golf courses and horse riding opportunities. The guesthouse is therefore the ideal starting point for numerous activities such as water sports, mountain biking, hiking and visits to the many attractions in the surroundings.
