The flat has two bedrooms with double beds, ideal for 2-3 adults and 2-3 children, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin as well as a living room with kitchenette. Air conditioning, roof fans in all rooms and heating ensure comfort in all weathers. The extensive facilities also include two satellite TVs with international channels, free WLAN access around the clock, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and much more to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Outside, a private and fully fenced garden of 580 m² awaits you, lovingly landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, magnolias and other plants.
