Petasos Villa 1 is a newly constructed villa located on the outskirts of Sellia village, just a few kilometers away from the famous tourist resorts of Souda Bay and Plakias. These resorts offer a wide range of amenities and boast magnificent sandy beaches. About 200 meters from the villa, you'll find a couple of taverns and supermarkets, and the stunning beaches of Souda Bay and Plakias are just a 7-minute drive down the hill.

Petasos Villa has a total area of 80 sqm and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and WC. Additionally, you'll find a beautiful open-plan living and dining area that connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that lead to a spacious veranda with patio furniture, offering marvelous views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover the second bedroom and a spacious shower/WC.

The villa is equipped with a 25 sqm private swimming pool and an attached kids' pool with a shaded area (pergola) where you'll find a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals. Plakias is a coastal settlement in southern Crete, located 40 km south of Rethymno.
