Spyros Villa Apartment 2 is a beautiful modern villa with every possible convenience, and it's conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, as well as various amenities and tourist attractions. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideally situated in the heart of the renowned tourist resort of Platanes, Rethymno.

This first-floor apartment is accessible via an external staircase and consists of an open-plan living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. On this floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with another double bed. There's also another spacious bathroom with a shower enclosure. Additionally, there is a roomy balcony offering a stunning sea view, two sunbeds, and a dining table.

All apartments are equipped with satellite TV, Smart TV, WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning. There is also a game room with a billiard table and darts, which is shared with the other apartments.
