The villa was built on a cliff and so our guests can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful colours of the Ionian sea every day both from the villa and from the viewing terrace in the garden. From the garden you can access the natural bay where our guests are guaranteed privacy. The descent to the water is gentle which makes it possible to enjoy the bay in safety. From the viewing terrace there is a perfect, unobstructed view of the beautiful sunsets. The house will be enjoyed by those who appreciate tranquillity, which can only be disturbed by the very sociable Greek cats that are an almost indispensable part of the Greek landscape.
The Villa is located on the south-western part of the island at a distance of about 40min from the airport. It is located in a Natura 2000 area, 1km from one of the most beautiful, sandy and wide beaches in Corfu-Halikounas Beach During June-September there is a kite&winsurfing school and beach bar Tayo on the beach. A 10-minute walk takes you to both the beach and Korrison Lake where, if you are lucky, you may see flamingos feeding in the summer. From the villa it is 300m to the nearest taverna, Alonaki, where not only dinner but also breakfast is served, and within 2km many other great tavernas serving delicious Greek cuisine. Each of them guarantees a typically Greek atmosphere and ambience characterised by openness and hospitality. There is a local winery in the area. 3.5 km from the villa (10 min by car) you can see the ruins of the 13th century Byzantine fortress-Gardiki Castle.The nearest well-stocked shop is in Moraitika 10km from the villa-20 min by car, so for your own convenience it is best to rent a car at the airport to move around the island completely independently.

Our villa is fully equipped with kitchen appliances - hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine - everything you would find in your home. We encourage you to use the barbecue on the terrace. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with a smart TV so guests can connect their favourite platform. The villa has a games console, board games and a library
