The one-storey house provides 180m² of living space and can accommodate six to eight people. It has two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower, and a toilet. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The living room-kitchen includes a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining space and a lounge area with a full HD LCD TV with satellite channels, a sofa bed for two people and wireless Internet access. All the windows, except the front door and the sliding doors to the terrace, are fitted with mosquito screens.

The garden has a grill area and a playground. The partially roofed terrace with garden furniture and an awning provides access to the ground-level outdoor pool (6 x 3 x 1.5m) with sun loungers. The pool can be used from 1 June to 31 August, or opened on request outside of this period. You can park in the enclosed courtyard with a maximum of seven spaces. It is recommended to arrive with no more than three cars.

The house is available to let from 1 April to 31 October. No deposit is payable in the low season.

Siofok offers a range of entertainment for all ages. The lakeshore and the flatly shelved water are ideal for children. There are shops and restaurants within 300 metres. The Galerius leisure pool is just 2km away and there is a wakeboarding, windsurfing and waterskiing centre just 2.5km away.
