A well thought-out, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer as well as other accessories offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The spacious and new bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels and bath products. Of course, shampoo and shower gel are also provided.

Fine bed linen, new high-quality beds (a box-spring bed and an Italian real wood veneered designer bed with branded mattresses and slatted frames) offer your back relaxation and ensure a good night's sleep.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the large storage room and make travelling with less luggage easier. An ironing board and iron are also available and each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. A total of 3 televisions with satellite connection are available (55 inch TV in the living room and 40 inch TV in each bedroom).

Our flat also has high-speed Internet via WLAN and in-house LAN. We will be happy to provide you with a baby cot on request. As parents of three children, we attach particular importance to selected materials, such as breathable baby mattresses. The lovingly furnished play corner will delight your children.

A sunny terrace of over 21 square metres is available for our guests to relax on. Laundry room (in the flat) with washing machine and tumble dryer and many household aids can be used free of charge.

We welcome our guests personally and attach great importance to smooth communication. We are easy to reach by email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone and various other apps.

The house is located in a quiet area close to the city centre with excellent infrastructure. You can reach Mainz city centre in just a few minutes by bus or car. The Ober-Olmer forest is only about 300 metres away and is ideal for relaxing walks and hikes. Or start your morning jogging session right outside the front door! Mainz is also a media and cultural city. ZDF, SWR and SAT 1 are based here and broadcast from here. Many artists, museums and theatre companies invite you to visit.

Our high-quality and quietly located flat is located in a two-family house that was completely renovated in 2017 in the popular Lerchenberg district of Mainz - in the immediate vicinity of the forest and with all the advantages of the city's infrastructure (bus lines, tram, shopping centre, doctors, banks and much more). The residential street has little traffic and leads to a dead end.

Our flat is the perfect starting point for exploring Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Rhine-Main and Rheingau - with lots of wine, wine and more wine... The proximity to nature invites you to take part in sporting activities or simply relax and recharge your batteries.

The flat can serve as a haven of peace and retreat after all the activities or hard work. We think it is an excellent fit for the needs of business travellers, business clients and long-term tenants, and can be easily reached by car or public transport. There is ample free parking in front of the building.
