The children's/teenager's room is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) above it. A spacious desk provides plenty of room for playing and being creative. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. To ensure no one has to leave their floor at night, there is a toilet with a sink on the upper floor. The stairs to the upper floor are equipped with a safety gate and childproofing. A spacious, open garden with play equipment and a sandbox invites you to spend plenty of time outdoors. There is a covered area for bicycles. Each apartment has its own parking space with a wallbox (for a fee) directly at the building.
