This is a comfortable holiday apartment in a two-family house in Karlsruhe-Grötzingen, with ideal transport connections. It is in a quiet residential district on the eastern edge of the town area, near the forest and a lake. The motorway triangle, bus and train connections, as well as shops and restaurants, are all nearby.
There are free parking spaces right in front of the accommodation.
Owing to the good connections and the daily arrival and departure days, the well-priced holiday accommodation without a minimum rental period is suitable not only for a family holiday, but also for business travelers and contract workers. It was completely renovated in 2016 and provides all the necessary amenities. It provides 70m² of living space. Various rooms branch off the central hallway with cloakroom space, such as two double bedrooms with wardrobes, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV, a fully-equipped kitchen-diner, and a daylight shower room with a WC. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together, while the second has a box spring bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The first bedroom has a four-door wardrobe with mirrors on the doors, while the second has a three-door wardrobe and a table with four chairs. Blankets and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. The living room is pleasantly light, owing to two window fronts. You can relax here on a corner sofa suite after a day trip. The LCD flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The separate kitchen with two large windows enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ample cooking and dining utensils. The dining table next to it invites you to dine together. The daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower includes a towel radiator, a WC and a washbasin. Free Wi-Fi rounds off the amenities.
There are cafes and restaurants within 800 metres. It is 1.4km to shops such as a grocery discounter and supermarket, as well as to an S-Bahn station. The edge of the forest is 150 metres away. You can go on a trip to the swimming lake ca. 2.7km away. It is just 400 metres to the national road, with direct access to the motorway 3km away. The centre of Karlsruhe is 10km away.
