You live within walking distance to grocery stores, playgrounds, restaurants, exercise tracks, MTB track, activity party and much more. Within one km you reach Trosa Havsbad with a sandy beach, jumping tower, ice cream kiosk and restaurant.

The villa is fully equipped and suitable for children. There are 2 bedrooms, a common room with the possibility of sleeping, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, living room with TV.
